What is Trademark Registration?
A registered trademark gives you the exclusive right to use your brand name, logo or tagline for your goods and services across India, and the legal right to stop others from copying it.
Once we file your application, you can use the ™ symbol immediately. The ® symbol can be used only after the mark is registered.
